How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your Aquio account, please send an email to support@aquio.ai with the following information:
- Subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
- Your registered email address
- Your full name as it appears on your account
- Your organization name (if applicable)
- Reason for deletion (optional, but helpful for us to improve)
Processing Timeline
Once we receive and verify your deletion request, we will process it within the following timeframe:
You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been fully deleted.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Login credentials and authentication data
- Personal preferences and settings
- Direct messages and personal communications
- Activity logs and usage history associated with your account
What Data May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction Records: Purchase orders, sales orders, and related financial documents may be retained for accounting and tax compliance purposes.
- Auction Data: Historical auction records and bids may be retained as part of organizational records (anonymized where possible).

Retained data will be anonymized or pseudonymized where possible and will only be used for the specific purposes outlined above.
Important Considerations
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all data associated with your account.
- If you are an organization administrator, deleting your account may affect other users in your organization. Please contact support for guidance.
- Any active orders, shipments, or auctions should be completed or resolved before requesting deletion.
